Job Description:

Should have hands on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Industrial PLC, s, Control systems and Communication protocols like Profibus, ProfNet, Ethernet, Optical fiber and Field Instruments like thermocouple, RTD, Level sensors, DPT etc.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of PLC related issues especially the Siemens, ABB, WAGO 750-8212.
Troubleshooting and Modification in PLC logic (Simatic manager step 7, TIA Portal, Step 7 micro win).
Modification, Design & Edit HMI Screen WinCC explorer, WinCC flexible
Backup of the system HMI and PLC to run the system in case of any emergency.
Have extensive knowledge and skills in PLC programming and control systems
Troubleshooting of PLCs, Remote I/Os modules, communication Network.
To read & interpret the P&ID.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of (hardware and software) on desktop HMI systems, servers, networking equipment, UPS, PLC, VFD s and plant DCS.
Resolves system problems that may require working with E&I technicians, and outside vendors

Requirements:

Qualified candidate with at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on industrial PLC/control experience in the listed responsibilities as above, possess extensive experience in PLC & control system troubleshooting and repairing. Should have at least diploma in PLC/control field.
